Fees Rules

1. Instalment of Fees must be paid every given date without fail. Fees are also accepted in   advance for a period of 6 months [1 Term] or for a year [Both Terms ].

2. A fine of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged on defaulters of fee .

3. Result of the Terminal or Annual examination will not be declared for students with the arrears of fees.

4. Parents should read and follow all the rules about the fees to avoid inconvenience.

5. The course of studies of the school is arranged according to the syllabus laid down by the department of Educatio

6. Rs. 600/- penalty will be charged for cheque returned (any reason).

Text Books & Exercise Books

1) Textbooks and Exercise Books should be purchased as per the list provided by the school only

2) Class-Work notebooks should be neat and up-to-date, Marks will be allotted for the same..

3) All Textbooks, Workbook and Notebooks should be covered with brown paper and labeled.

Discipline

The School expects every student to observe the following code of conduct.

* The students must strictly reach the school only before five minutes to the scheduled school time

* Shouting or whistling, throwing bits of paper, chalk etc. at other or teasing fellow students in any manner is strictly     forbidden.

* Any damage done to school property should be brought to the notice of the Class Teacher, or Head Master. The     offenders will pay the fine and replace the damaged items. Similarly any student committing theft or damaging the     property of other student is liable to be rusticated from school.

* Students are not expected to carry money, ornaments, wrist , watch, electronic equipment and costly items to     school. The School shall not held responsible in case of loss of such valuable articles.

* School calender is provided to every student. Every details are mentioned in calender (Syllabus, holidays, activities     etc). Parents should go-through & follow the calender.

* Mobiles are not permitted in the School campus.

* Parents are not allowed to meet the teachers in the class room or in the Staff room without pre concern of Head     Master / Head Mistress.

* The students must be in immaculately neat and tidy School Uniform, Campus card and Polished shoes. Fine shall be     imposed on students who come to school without proper complete uniform.

* Leave will not be granted for more than two days, except in case of emergency as illness, that too with written     application and with permission of the Head Master / Head Mistress.

* Personal hygiene and cleanliness are expected from all students.

* Students should speak in English in the premises.

* Students will not enter the school premises on any day without school uniform and ID card.

Parents are requested to

1) Acquaint themselves with the progress of the pupil and contact the class teacher or Head Mistress/ Head Master if     necessary.

2) Personally try to inculcate habits of personal cleanliness and hygiene of the pupil.

3) Check various details relating to the pupil recorded in his/her hand book (Note Book) regularly and sign the     remarks if any

4) Insist on the pupil completing and keeping his Book, Notebooks and Handbook clean and neat.

5) Meet the school authorities on the given date and time whenever intimated, for Parent-Teacher     meeting, general meeting etc.

6) Follow the visiting hours strictly.

Examinations and Promotions

There shall be Two Unit Tests and One Semester and One Annual Examination for all the standards. A Student absent for examination will be considered as failed. Report on the general conduct and academic progress of the students is issued after each examination. Parents may sign the Report Card on Parent meeting after going through the answer sheets. The signed report cards shall be submitted there itself to the concerned class teacher. In case of misplace obtain a duplicate report card remitting Rs. 250/- at school office. A student found with any study material in the possession during the examination may be debarred from the remaining examinations. Craft, Drawing, other subject assignments and projects are to be completed and submitted to the concerned teacher as per the instruction.

Tiffin

Tiffin must be send along with the child. Bringing tiffin during, school hours is an exception and will not be allows to do on daily basis. Only home made cooked food shall be there in the tiffin box. Junk food and fast food are not allowed.

School Uniform

Parents are requested to send their ward in prescribed uniform. No civil dress are allowed except birthdays. Student should be in neat, clean & tidy uniform everyday. Proper hair cut should be maintained, fashionable hair styles are not allowed.

Bonafide Certiicate

Bonafide Certificate will be issued to the students after 3 days on submission of written application. Bonafide Certificate will be issued only once in a year. Any other concession form which is to be signed by the H.M. should be submitted in the office in the morning before 11.30 a.m. should be collected on the next day.

Bus Facilities

School provides Bus facilities for students other than Halondi. Bus facilities are on contract basis, made only for parent convenience.

Bus Rules

The students in should sit in assigned seats, bus drivers have the right to assign a student to seat in the bus. Students should reach assigned seat in the bus without disturbing or crowding other students and remain seated while the bus is moving keep the bus clean. Do not engage in loud talking or laughing unnecessary confusion diverts the driver's the driver's attention and might result in a serious accident Treat bus equipment as on would treat valuable furniture in his / her home. Damage to the school bus is strictly for bidden.
