School's General Rules

1. School is run by Rajendra Educational Trust, Halondi (Vide Reg No. 1289/1994) which is registered as education Society recognized by Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Maharashtra Govt.

2. R. V. M. English Medium School Started as a Pre-Primary school on 15th August 1994. It is situated in Halondi, Dist.    Kolhapur. It is an English Medium School and prepares its Students for S.S.C. Examinations.

4. The school is open to pupils of all classes, caste and creeds..

5. The course of studies of the school is arranged according to the syllabus laid down by the department of Education    Maharashtra state

6. Reports of conduct and progress are sent to parents whenever necessary.

7. The school uniform must worn every day.

8. 90% of attendance is essential. Students who do not have the required attendance will not be promoted to the    next class. A long absence due to some medical reason should be supported by valid medical certificate.

9. All correspondence should be addressed only to the Head Master / Head Mistress.

10. No School business will be transacted during holidays.

Admissions

1) Parents and guardians seeking admissions for Nursery to X should fill in the prescribed form of application giving     all the particular of the student

2) A child seeking Admission to Nursery should complete 3 years on 31st July and seeking Std. 1st should complete 6     years.

3) The parents of the students who have been promoted to Std I & V should fill in fresh admission forms for the     Primary / Secondary section. They have to pay the admission fees.

4) Students coming from a recognized school only shall be admitted.

5) A student who has left this school and has gone to some other school and seeks readmission in the school will be     treated as a fresh admission as per the rules of the Institution.

6) If he/she comes from a school, outside the State of Maharashtra the Leaving certificate must be Countersigned by the Education Officer of     the Division in which that school is situated.

7) Admission forms without Original Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, Aadhar Card, Ration Card & Two Photos will be     treated as incomplete while seeking the admission.

8) Promotion to the next std. is granted according to the regulations laid down by the Education Department.

9) This school is meant to teach physically and mentally normal children

10) Parents has to go through, daily tought syllabus & make students to complete the given home work &     Assignments

Withdrawal

1) If a student desires to leave the school a written application should be given by their parents in the prescribed     form the school. Leaving Certificate will be issued within 6 days after the receipt of the application.

2) Leaving Certificate will not be issued to those who have not paid the fee dues..

3) The Head Mistress/Head Master reserves the right to demand the withdrawal of any student whose behavior or     progress in her/his opinion is unsatisfactory..
